Responsibility:
- Embedded software design, development and verification for industrial and building automation domains.
- Take part in New Product Introduction activities.
- Follow embedded software development process and use DFSS in product design and development to a successful outcome.
- Embedded software architecture design.
- Take part in activities of product approvals and certifications.
- Provide the technical consultancy in the area of Industrial and Building Automation Solutions.

Qualification:- Master or bachelor in EE, Automation, Industry Control or equivalent.- 4+ years (for master) or 7+ years (for bachelor) embedded software R&D experience and demonstrated industrial and building automation application development experience.

Skill:
- Experience in embedded program design using embedded C;
- Familiar with embedded operating system (e.g., Vxworks, Linux, QNX…) and BSP development;
- Familiar with MCU, ARM, PowerPC or DSP development;
- Experience in Industrial and Building Automation Solutions;
- Familiar with UML and system modeling;
- Good understanding of embedded software engineering process. - Skill desired:
- Experience in Fieldbus products is a plus, such as Lonworks, Modbus, FF bus, HART…;  - Experience in BACnet products is a plus;
- Experience in analog and digital circuit design is a plus;
- Experience in environmental and EMC test is a plus.
