Job Title : Sales Engineer
Job Location : Shanghai , China
Job Description in Detail :
1.Conduct proposals, do product testing, deliver demo and presentations to end users through consistent communications and activities.
2.Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of sales process.
3.Articulate technology and product positioning to agents through training sessions.
4.Able to promote new products and solutions to agents.
5.Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
6.Focus on Jiangsu and Anhui area, and also support other area in East China according to the projects requirement.

Requirements :
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or related fields
2.3+ years relevant work experience gained in video conferencing industry preferred
3.Self-motivated with a proven track record in delivering demo and presentations, compile proposals and bidding.
4.Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in analysis customer needs and written responses to RFPs.
5.Quick learner and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
6.Good understanding on video conference industries and the major players and technology.
7.Confident and good at communication and summaries, able to be a good interface with customers
8.Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
9.Multi-tasking
10.Able to maintain good relationship with business partners
11.Proactive and Teamwork
12.Must be prepared for extensive travel.



Job Title :  Senior Sales Manager China
Number of Hire : 3
Job Location : beijing,shanghai,Xi an , China
Job Description in Detail :
1.Responsible for professionally representing *** products, systems and services in an assigned territory with limited supervision
2.Identify and develop business opportunities in named new and existing customers, handle medium to large or complex accounts
3.Handle negotiations at a high level
4.Implement sales strategy, meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
5.Engage IT executives and influencers both directly and via leveraging partners to develop sustainable and professional relationships
6.Deliver high impact presentations, effectively representing ***’s business and value proposition, and differentiation in the markets we serve specific to the customer.
7.Effectively respond to customer queries and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and levels of service
8.Develop and manage a reliable forecast and ensure disciplined use of ***’s sales forecasting, account plans and customer relationship tools
9.Prepare professional proposals having thoroughly understood the customer requirements and established the relevant business solution
10.Liaise with pre-sales engineers on customer presentations and demonstrations
11.Maintain sound knowledge of the industry, trends and the competitive posture of ***

Requirements :
1.Recognized degree with over 8 years in corporate sales environment with proven track record in IT products and solutions sales.
2.Forecasting, prior quota management and large account management ability
3.Proven relationship-building skills and ability to implement sales strategies and business
4.Experience in negotiating outcomes and success in problem solving and dispute resolution
5.Have a good understanding of ***products and the competitive market
6.Goal and success oriented with a strong sense of urgency
7.Good organizational skills and a demonstrated capacity to act independently within established guidelines, using discretion and sound judgments
8.Professional manner, maturity and exceptional customer service skills
9.Demonstrated well-developed written and oral communication skills and able to effectively communicates goals and objectives to team and management
