公司：世界制药企业前20强，疫苗行业，德国独资
状态：新建工厂，现在在建
location：江苏泰州
主要职责：前期设计安装调试验收，后期维护以及项目。
必须：能明晰区分BMS与BA的区别，懂暖通空调、冷水机组的控制，会绘图控制。懂modbus通信协议。
加分项：有药厂经验，懂GMP，会BU、CU。用过大品牌如江森自控、霍尼韦尔、西门子等品牌的楼控产品。
至少3年以上工作经验，本科全日制学历，英语读写一定要好，口语要求敢开口说。
薪资8-10k(B)*14月，具体按面试情况定，除此之外每月有4k（B)的relocate+食宿车的补贴。

Accountabilities

PrincipalDuties

Maintain building management system (BMS) compliance with BIVI SOPs and current industry requirements.
Provide administrative services, such as end user access and system training, to ensure conformance
Develop and implement system, facility, and production improvements in alignment with End User and strategic needs
Assist in Development of preventive maintenance procedures and reliability based activities
Track the utilization of BMS support functions
Provide detailed design of BMS controls documents for new installations and renovations, including but not limited to programming, graphic design and system testing of controlled systems.
When outside controls integrators and electrical installers are used, review contractor drawings for adherence to project specifications. Participate in drawing review with affected departments. Review contractor as-built drawings and manuals for adherence to project specifications.
Develop reports for GMP and operational reporting
Support development of Siemens Building Management System (BMS)
Manage relationships with automated control vendors for various projects
Assist validation group in validating automated control systems
Manage relationships with consulting and integration firms used in design of projects. Review design documents produced by firms to verify adherence to project scope and technical expectations
Review project construction for adherence to project specifications. Generate punchlists for completion of projects
Coordinate project activities to minimize effect on production schedules, employee relocations, and personnel safety. Communicate project progress to affected parties and other interested groups
Estimate as needed integration programming project costs for use in capital planning

Requirements

· Strong understanding ofbuilding and process automation systems, and related Biopharm industryvalidation / GMP issues.

· Extensive knowledge ofelectronics, electrical wiring and communications equipment, HVAC equipment,central utility equipment, and water purification systems.

· General knowledge ofmechanical maintenance and construction of buildings, utility piping systems,production and facility machines. Ability to read drawings.

· Maintenance or Engineeringexperience in pharmaceutical or biological industries and understanding of GMPrequirements is required. Familiaritywith Good Engineering Practices, Commissioning, and Qualification.

Required Skills

· Communicate verbally and in writingeffectively with all levels of corporate and local management and employees.

Required Education

· Degree /Education:Bachelors’ degree

· Major /Focus: Preferably inEngineering, Control Systems or other related field.
