Requirement

Expertise in at least 1 integration tool (Preferred IBM Integration suite, MQ/MB)
Delivery experience as PM in integration project (Should have managed projects throughout its SDLC)

Expertise in Project Management tools (Preferred, Clarity)

Prior experience in estimating integration projects/Negotiation skills

Preferred Knowledge in SOA, BPM

该职位候选人至少有7-8年以上相关工作经验，有项目管理工作经验，要熟悉IBM Webshere的MQ和MB，会用项目管理工具, 有SOA和BPM的知识更好。
