Responsibilities
1. The candidate will formulate, initiate & implement the strategic business plan (a multi-million business scale) on assigned target key accounts (regional based and local based), and lead to achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share increase.
2. To provide technical solution to our client with good visibility of design-in & -win pipeline process. To drive demand creation and platform implementation in embedded solution. Support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.
3. To further boost up the value-add,the candidate is required to develop relationship with Key accounts' decision makers & influencer; coordinate strategic action and resolve sales issues with our key accounts.
4. It is required to work with field applications engineer and relevant back-end parties (supplier Business Units & sales representative)to complete the sales cycle.
5. Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirement:
A self-motivated, proactive & independent candidate who understands sales cycle Aggressive, industrious & highly energetic candidate
University degree in Engineering or Science field; with semiconductor Sales & Marketing background preferred; Minimum of 5 years' of sales experience in which 3 years' in key or strategic account management/technical sales.
Strong key account selling experience & business acumen.
Selling experience must include selling either one or more of the followings:
• 4, 8, 16-bit MCU & memory
• 32 bits processors or ARM7,9,11(in telecom, instrument and industrial)
• Semicon at Consumer OEM
• Semicon at Automotive OEM
• Semicon at Industrial applications
