Position: Sales Manager

Working Location: Guangzhou
Area of responsibility: South China and Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Total Value Selling of Enterprise Cabling Solutions, Wire & Cable, Physical Security Solutions, Wireless/Mobility Solutions and Supply Chain Solutions,
• Aggressively prospect and drive new sales, develop account plans and conduct sales calls at all levels of prospective organizations,
• Provide clients with the infrastructure they need to support their core business, enhance their competitive advantage and provide value to their customers and shareholders,
• Formulate creative marketing plan and build new and maintain existing relationships by consistently providing a superior level of service, support and added value,
• Continually obtaining and developing personal knowledge of key process and products to ensure that up to date, accurate information is provided to customers,
• A percentage will be spent on prospecting and uncovering End User opportunities. Uncovered business opportunities will be coursed through our System Integrator/Installer-contractor channels. Candidate is therefore expected to spend a percentage of his/her time supporting/managing Channel Business Partners,
• Continually obtaining and developing personal knowledge of key process and products to ensure that up to date, accurate information is provided to customers.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent,
• 3-5 years sales experience,
• Result oriented with proven achievements in development of accounts and good track record in sales, analytical with ability to influence customers,
• Knowledge of Structured Cabling & Networking products and solutions is required,
• Candidates with existing contacts or established customer base will have added advantage,
• Ability to work with customers on resolution of technical issues,
• Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills,
• Effective project and time management skills,
• Must work well with team environment,
• Good level of proficiency in written/conversational English,
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude,
• Possesses go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry.
