会议论文集将由美国科研出版社出版，文章主体中文或英文均可，
所有录用的论文将由ISTP(CPCI-S) 或 ISSHP(CPCI-SSH)检索。
论文提交：所有论文必须有英文题目，英文摘要和英文参考文选，文章主体中文或英文均可。
This conference on Web Based Business Management will be held from
September 20 to 22, 2010 in Chengdu, China.
The conference proceedings will be published by Scientific Research Publishing,
and all papers accepted will be indexed by ISTP(CPCI-S) or ISSHP(CPCI-SSH).
The submitted papers can be written in Chinese or English, but the title,
abstract and references should be in English.
